About the Event
Prepare to tackle the triathlon of a different kind at the Oak Brook Park District! This event, aimed at individuals aged 12 and older, will challenge you without requiring any swimming.
Event Details:
- Rowing: 2000 Meter on Concept 2 Rower
- Cycling: 2.5 miles on Assault AirBike
- Running/Walking: 1.25 miles on Treadmill
Heats commence every 30 minutes starting at 7:15 AM, accommodating 6 participants per heat. Age categories include: 12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+ years. Please ensure appropriate athletic attire is worn, and that you arrive on time as indicated in the confirmation email.
