About the Race
Tale of Two Trails runs through the locally popular Shawnee Mission Park combining two separate trail systems. The course includes a variety of terrains, marked with flags and ribbons.
Course Details
- 10M course uses one trail system.
- 20M, 40M, and 50M courses utilize both North and South shores.
- GPS devices may vary; trails will have technical sections with roots and rocks.
Aid Stations
Aid stations are cupless, requiring participants to bring their own reusable cups. Options available include Tailwind, sodas, fruits, sandwiches, and more.
Timing and DNF Policy
Timing will be by clock time. If you drop from the race, you must notify an aid station.

- 10M: $88.16
Awards
Overall podium awards will be given for first, second, and third in each category along with finishers medals.
