The first annual Team Foster Last Person Standing course is a brutal test of endurance—equal parts exhilarating and unforgiving. Newcomers to endurance running or the backyard ultra format will be dragged deep into uncharted territory, smashing through personal distance records they never thought possible. All competitors will be forced to confront their limits head-on...and obliterate them.

The battle begins in Conshohocken, Schuylkill River Trail at 7:00 AM sharp on Saturday, December 6th. From that moment on, racers will have just one relentless hour to conquer the 4.2-mile loop. Finish in time, and you earn the right to toe the line again at 8:00 AM—no excuses, no delays. Miss the start, and you're out. This unforgiving cycle continues, hour after brutal hour. Each lap starts on the hour—no matter the pain, no matter the weather. It doesn’t stop until there's only one runner left standing. If no one finishes a lap within the cutoff, the clock wins... and no one is crowned champion. This isn't just a race. It's war against the clock, your mind, and everyone beside you.

There is no mandatory fundraising minimum, but every participant will receive a personal fundraising page if they would like to support Team Foster.

FAQ

• Race organizers will provide a central aid tent stocked with water, limited snacks, and a small heat source—just enough to keep you moving. In the afternoon and evening on Saturday, hot food may be available for purchase, but make no mistake: your nutrition is your responsibility. Fail to plan and the course will chew you up.
• NO PETS policy.
• Fundraising: No mandatory minimum, but personal fundraising pages are available.
• Camp spaces are assigned in the order of registration.
• Refund/Transfer/Deferral Policy: All registrations are final—no refunds, transfers, or deferrals.
• Sleeping Accommodations: Camping at the race venue the night before is not permitted. Racers and spectators may stay for the duration of the event on assigned camp spaces.
• Weather Information for December in Philly! Expect daytime temperatures anywhere between 40 and 50 degrees and overnight lows around 30 degrees.
• Age Restrictions: No age restrictions, but minors require an adult on site.
• Spectators allowed.
• Camper/RV: Not allowed.
• Pacers allowed: No. Racers may not receive any aid whatsoever between the start and finish lines, except for what they can carry on their person as they complete each lap.
