Telemark Sprint Triathlon

Join us for the first inaugural Telemark Sprint Triathlon in Cable, Wisconsin on the morning of Saturday, August 16th, 2025. There will be a 750 meter swim in beautiful Perry Lake, a twelve mile bike ride through a scenic route around Takodah Lake, and a 5K run around the Telemark property. The race will finish at the future home of the Telemark Activity Center, an aquatic and fitness facility being planned by the Telemark Northwoods Community Foundation.

Event Schedule

• Swim ONLY: 750 meters, Start at 8:30 a.m.
• Sprint Triathlon (Individual and Relay): Starts at 9:15 a.m.

Course Details

Start with the 750-meter swim at Perry Lake (Perry Lake Boat Landing), followed by a 12-mile bike ride and a 5K run around the Telemark Northwoods Lodging and Trail system.

Parking & Transportation

There will be no parking at the start. You must get dropped off or bike to the start. Parking is available at the Cable Municipal Parking lot with shuttle service to the start from 8 a.m.

Fee Schedule

• Now to May 1, 2025: Swim only: $50, Individual triathlon: $65, Relay triathlon: $120
• May 2 to July 31, 2025: Swim only: $60, Individual triathlon: $75, Relay triathlon: $130
• August 1 to August 14, 2025: Swim only: $70, Individual triathlon: $85, Relay triathlon: $140

Bib Pick-up

Friday, August 15th, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 15315 Nordmor Road, Cable.

Awards

Overall male and female winners will be recognized in all categories.
