Course Distances:
- Olympic: Swim 0.9 mi / 1600 yds, Bike 24 mi, Run 6 mi
- Sprint: Swim 550 yds, Bike 18 mi, Run 3 mi
- Super Sprint: Swim 300 yds, Bike 6 mi, Run 2 mi
This year, we have special categories, including an Olympic Aquabike event and an Olympic distance for competitors aged 55 and over, though the 55+ category's run distance will be 3 mi instead of 6 mi.
