Course Information
The course consists of a 10.48 mile loop, providing a tranquil running experience with minimal outside world interaction, set mainly in a beautiful section of Long Island.
Aid Stations
Two aid stations are available: the start/finish named North Country, and another at 5.5 miles called Whiskey Girl. Enjoy a variety of foods and drinks at these stations to keep you energized.
