- 2:00 PM - Expo/Packet Pick-up at Lake Winona Bandshell
- 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM - Athlete Course Talk at the Bandshell - Required for all participants!
- 6:00 PM - Packet Pick-up Closes
SUNDAY, JUNE 9
- 5:00 AM - Transition Opens for All Events - Athletes ONLY, no spectators allowed!
- 5:00 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up Opens
- 6:45 AM - International Transition Closes
- 7:00 AM - International and Aquabike International Waves Start
- 7:30 AM - Mass Start for Duathlon
- 7:45 AM - Race Day Packet Pick-up Closes

- 8:00 AM - Sprint and Aquabike Sprint Waves Start

Age Restrictions
- Participants must reach the age of 18 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the International and International Aquabike Divisions.
- Participants must reach the age of 16 by 12/31/2024 to participate in the Sprint, Duathlon and Aquabike Sprint Divisions.
