Thanksgiving Day 5K (Walk, Bike, or Run)

The Thanksgiving Day 5K takes place on a scenic course. It starts on the East Puyallup Foothills Trailhead and goes through the paved foothills trail 1.7 miles and returns to the start point. There is one road crossing, and one fun trail rail crossing on the route. The event includes pre/post-race music. This is not a competitive race and may not be officially timed. The goal is to get families out for some fun/exercise. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to promote Men's Health Awareness.

• Race Day: June 15, 2025
• Packet Pick up: 9:00-9:45 AM
• Race Remarks and Instructions: 9:45 AM
• Race Begins: 10:00 AM (Runners first, then Bikers, Walkers)

Course: 1.7 miles out, then return on the same route. Total distance is 3.2 miles (5k).

Parking: Available in lot by start, VanLierop Parking, and next to trail across from Farm 12.

What to bring: Dress for the weather, sunscreen, shades (if hot), rain coat/poncho (if rainy), waivers, and ID.

Restrooms: Single restroom at trailhead; Safeway is less than 1/2 mile away.
