Join us for the 5K Foam Fest at Ball's Falls Conservation Area, Lincoln, ON, on Saturday, August 9, 2025, starting at 8:00 AM EDT.

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course fun run that includes over 25 obstacles. This includes the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and beautiful foam! It's an exciting challenge suitable for both beginners and experienced runners.

What's Included?

• Run, string bag, buff, finisher's medal, Foam Fest tattoo, and FREE event photos for download.
• Access to water stations, shower stations, change rooms, and festival area.
• Free kids zone for those aged 6 and under.

Prices start at a special early bird rate of CA$63.74 inclusive of fees and taxes. Discounts are available for families and groups of 10 or more!

Ages 7 and Up: Children must run with a registered adult, and waivers are required for participants under 18.
