The Crow Calling 5K

Race Info

Join us for the Annual Crow Calling 5K and Fun Run at Mossy Creek Methodist Church in Cleveland Georgia. The race is held in memory of Rob Butcher. The funds from the race will go to the American Cancer Society.

Race Day Schedule

• 1:30PM - Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup Begins
• 3PM - 5K starts
• 3:45 to 4PM - Fun Run starts after the 5K concludes
• 4:20PM - Awards ceremony starts

Awards

The awards will be American Cancer Society branded merchandise (hats, bottles, etc.,.) Overall Male and Female Masters Male and Female Grand Masters Male and Female 3 deep in standard age groups beginning with 10 and under up to 80 and over

Course

The course is out and back on Post Rd. All asphalt surfaces. The course is USATF Certified #GA15005DJ It is an Official Atlanta Journal Constitution Peachtree Road Race Qualifying Event. Course map can be downloaded in PDF below Click the icon below to download the attached PDF.

Timing and Results

The race will be accurately timed by BT Race Timing. This race WILL NOT be chip timed. Please fill out the finish card, handed to you as you finish. Put your name, age, bib number and gender on the card, no need to put your time. Please turn in your card at the results boards for it to be posted. Failure to turn in your card will prohibit you from receiving an award on race day. Complete results will be posted to RunSignUp.com, BTRaceTiming.com, Athlinks.com and RunGeorgia.com after the race

Shirts and Goodies

Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by 3/8/25. Those who register after that date and on race day are not guaranteed a shirt or size There will be plenty of refreshments after the race

Other Information and Refunds

In case of rain, the races will go on. Delay of the start may happen in case of severe weather in the area at race time. If severe weather continues, then the race director or local authorities may make the call to cancel the race at that time. Sorry, no refunds for any reason.
