The First Tri 2025

If you've ever wanted to take part in a triathlon, but didn't know where to start, The First Tri is the event for you. With a pan-flat course and a finisher's medal for every competitor, this event is for every level of athlete.

Event Details

The First Tri 2025 will take place on Sunday, 27th April 2025 in Lydney, United Kingdom. The event offers two distances: The First Tri - Sprint and The First Tri - Olympic.

Course Information

The First Tri - Sprint includes a 0.4km swim, 24km bike ride, and 5km run. The First Tri - Olympic includes a 0.75km swim, 40km bike ride, and 10km run.

Location

The event will be held at Church Rd, Lydney GL15 5DZ, UK. Parking will be available on site at Freedom Leisure Centre and around the local area.

Event Day Logistics

Registration opens at 07:30, with the Olympic Triathlons starting at 08:30 and the Sprint Triathlon starting at 09:30. Participants are advised to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start time.

Rules and Regulations

This event will be held under British Triathlon Federation Rules. Participants must adhere to race rules and regulations, including wearing helmets during the cycle stage and maintaining a safe distance from other competitors.
