The Inferno Endurance Run

Event Details

The inaugural Inferno Endurance Run will take place on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM. The race will be held at Jesse Helms Park, located at 1505 Summerlin Dairy Rd, Wingate, NC 28174.

Race Description

This race will challenge your endurance in the heat of summer! Runners will tackle a 3.7-mile loop that contains varying terrain including paved walkways, gravel, and grass paths. Expect a course that is mostly fast and flat, with 250 feet of gain per loop and plenty of room for passing.

Start Times

• 4-hour race: 8:00 AM start, 12:00 PM finish
• 8-hour race: 8:00 AM start, 4:00 PM finish

Awards

All registered runners will receive an event t-shirt, a participation medal, and an Apex reusable soft cup. Awards will be presented to the top 3 males and top 3 females in both the 4-hour and 8-hour categories.
