Join Us for the 3rd Annual James Anderson Built on Belief 7K & 1-Mile Walk for Recovery! This event is dedicated to celebrating resilience, recovery, and community.

The 1 Mile Walk is an untimed event.

Virtual Option: Participate remotely and log your results from October 19-31. Items can be picked up on event weekend or shipped for an additional $10. Virtual participants are not included in awards.

This race was inspired by James Anderson's remarkable recovery journey. In 2023, he ran 100 miles to raise $20,000 for the organization. This event honors his efforts and fosters community support for recovery.

Improvements for 2026: A newly paved start/finish line, an updated race map, and improved logistics and amenities.

Participation in the 7K run, 1-mile walk, or cheering from the sidelines helps change lives. Register today to be part of a movement for recovery.

T-Shirt: Short Sleeve T-Shirt for all registrants (Adult X-Small to 3X-Large). A $5 discount is available for the No Shirt option up to Race Day.

Medals: All participants will receive a medal.

  • 9:00 AM - 7K Run/Walk Start
  • 9:15 AM - 1 Mile Family Fun Walk Start (untimed event)
  • 10:00 AM - 7K Awards

5K Awards: Top 1 Overall Male & Female. Top 3 Age Group Male & Female in 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+.
