Parking: Free parking in the lot; more is available on Woodley Ave

Event Schedule

• 6:20am – Bib pick-up opens
• 7:00am – Half marathon & 10k start
• 7:30am – 5k start
• 7:35am – Registration & start line close
• 10:20am – Course closes (3 hours, 20 minutes for the Half and 10k)

Early start of 6:30am may be pre-arranged for half marathoners, email your request to [email protected]. All early starters will not be eligible for awards.

Looped Courses

• 5k route: Runners do one loop
• 10k route: Runners do one loop
• Half Marathon: Route is the 10k route PLUS an added out and back to make it the full distance. Runners do two laps

More about the Course

The race routes go across the grass, under the road through a tunnel, and enter the park. The 5k loops the lake and returns. The 10k and half head to the other side of the park, going under the bridge, and then journey back along a different path. Our courses are on open paths so please be considerate of other park users!

On-Course Support

Multiple water stations are located along the routes. The finish line will also have an aid station stocked with water, electrolytes, and other snacks. We have a first aid kit at each station and all High Tides Crew Members have received CPR training. The turns are clearly marked with chalk and runner turn signs

Final Details

• Bib: Please wear your race bib on the front of your shirt so we can track your time and send your pics!
• Gear Check: You may leave personal items with staff at the registration tent. Please bring your own bag.
• Awards: All finishers earn a race medal. 1st place medals are given to the overall 1st male and female in each distance.
• Results & Photos: An email with race results and photos will be sent the day after the race and earlier on Instagram. Race photos are free!
