The Manhattanite 10k, 5k 2025

Join the Manhattanite 10k and 5k on December 6, 2025, and experience the historical Freedom Tunnel and Riverside Park on this exciting running course!

Course Details

The course is 3.1 miles (5K) long. 10K runners complete the course twice. Every loop is timed and splits will be uploaded in real-time.

Running Location

Riverside Park - Entry on 84th Street and Riverside Drive (New start location this year due to construction).

Amenities

• Water stations approximately every 1.5 miles along the course.
• "Grab and Go" stations with water, Gatorade, and Gels.
• Technical T-shirt: male & female cut.
• Personalized video finisher.
• 4" Die-Cast Medal with full-color ribbon.
• Awards/Plaques for Top 3 overall Male and Female in each distance.
• Award medals for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female (19 & under, 20's-70's).
• Post-race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly, and peanut butter.

Important Information

Packet pick-up is only on race day. Bring picture I.D. You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached.
