The ROCC World Relief Triad 5K

On Saturday, May 10, join us at 8:00 a.m. for the 14th annual ROCC 5K! Runners and walkers will experience a unique 3.1-mile course that is perfect for anyone looking to set a personal record, with cash prizes for overall winners. The event features childcare for infants through kindergarten, a kid's fun zone, and awards for top finishers.

In addition to the 5K, the ROCC Kid’s Fun Run will happen at approximately 9:00 AM. No registration is required for the kid's run, which is about 1/4 - 1/2 mile in distance.

Registration Information

Online registration is available at RunSignUp.com until the race morning. Packet pickup will occur on May 9 from 5-7 PM at River Oaks Community Church and on race day from 6:30 - 7:30 AM. Registration will be $35 on the day of the race.
