Location: 1101 Lowell Spencer Mtn Rd Gastonia, NC

Distances: 50K, 10K, 5K, 1 Mile

Course Description:

• 1 Mile: Paved, two laps of the back soccer field.
• 5K, 10K, 50K: Start on the soccer loop, then to the Spencer Mountain loop trails and back. Mountain bike trails, difficulty rated 4/10.

Aid Station: Fully stocked with food (pickles, cereal, pretzels, candy, fruit, bacon), water, Tailwind, various sodas, and first aid.

Runner Information: Wear bibs visibly on the front of your shirt or shorts. Trekking poles are allowed. Be prepared for varied weather conditions.

Cutoffs: 10 hours

Medals: Handmade pottery medals from BlueGill Pottery.

Additional Rules: No dogs or strollers allowed (unless special exception). Runners and walkers welcome, but must finish within the time limit. Entry fees are non-refundable. Contact the race director to defer your race.
