The Samuel Lomax Foundation, Inc. together with the Cedar – Morris Hill Community invite you to join our 5th Annual Cancer Awareness 5K Run/Walk. This event aims to spread awareness and raise money for a worthy cause. Your participation will help benefit local charitable organizations and spread the word about cancer prevention.

When: Saturday, September 20, 2025 @ 10:00 AM EDT

Where: Morris Hill Recreation Center, 351 Arundel Corporation Rd, Glen Burnie, MD 21060 US

Cost:

• Early-bird registration: $25 (includes race t-shirt and participant medal) until August 20th, 11:59 PM EDT
• Late registration: $25 (DOES NOT include race t-shirt or participant medal) from August 17th until race day, 8:00 AM EDT

T-Shirt Pick Up:

• Friday, September 19: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM EDT
• Saturday, September 20: 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM EDT

Race Day: Check-in from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM EDT. 5K Run/Walk starts promptly at 10:00 AM EDT. If arriving after 8:30 AM, enter from Warfield Rd and Morris Hill Ave. Arundel Corporation Rd will be closed from 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM EDT.
