The Santa Fun Run and Walk

Join us Sunday, December 7th, 2025, at 9am at the trailhead in front of The Fort on 56th and Hwy 2 for The Santa Run! The Santa Run will be a 1, 2 or 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk (not a race) where everyone, young or old, can be Santa Claus for the day! We will run/walk all dressed in our Santa suits spreading cheer along the trail!

The entry will be at least 1-can of food for the Food Bank of Lincoln! And after The Santa Run, all Santa's are welcome back to enjoy Santa, hot cocoa and cookies and spread some Holiday Cheer and Festive Fun! The Santa Run is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels! Remember, it’s not a race, it is a fun, festive-filled relaxed run/walk! This Fun Run/Walk route will take place on the Helen Boosalis trail along hwy 2 and Nebraska parkway!

Registration/Packet Pickup:
Packet Pickup: Saturday, December 6th 10-7PM at Fleet Feet Lincoln (7701 Pioneers Blvd. Ste 2)
Sunday, December 7th 8am-845am in front of The Fort

Race Day Schedule:
8am - Santa Suit Pickup Opens
9:00am - Fun Run and Walk Begins

Course/Maps: A 1, 2, and 3 mile route will be provided to participants on the morning of the event. You will have the option to run or walk any distance that morning!

Directions/Parking: Park in any of the parking lots around the Fort or across the street in the CVS parking lot. Please do not park directly in front of any businesses.
