Description: This event includes various race distances (10K, 12 miles, 20 miles) and walk options. The race begins and ends at the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail entrance. There are rest stops available. There are no refunds.
Race Courses: The 10K is an out-and-back course of 3.1 miles. The 12 and 20-mile courses are also out-and-back, with the 20-mile participants completing an additional 4-mile loop. Early start times for 20-mile walkers/slow runners may be arranged by contacting [email protected].

Inclement Weather: The Race Director and the Tidewater Striders reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust distances due to safety concerns or venue access restrictions.
Registration: Closes at 9:00 PM the Friday before each event. Race number pickup: 7:15 AM - 8:20 AM race morning at the start/finish line. Early packet pickup: Running Etc., Hilltop Location the Friday before each event, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
