Event Overview
The Tidewater Striders Turkey Trot 10K & Mile takes place on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA. This event is family-friendly, featuring deeply discounted youth registrations.
Course Information
- One Mile Race: Starts at 8:15 AM, an out-and-back course beginning and ending at the Mt Trashmore YMCA.
- 10K Race: Starts at 9 AM, a certified course that loops through Windsor Woods and Mt Trashmore City Park, finishing back at the Y.
Strollers are allowed on the course, but please start at the back of the race. Dogs are not permitted on the course.
Amenities
Participants receive long-sleeved T-shirts, with onsite refreshments available after the race. All registered finishers will also receive medals, and age-group awards will be given at the post-race party.
Registration Details
Early bird registration costs $35 until May 31, after which the price increases leading up to race day. An $8 youth discount is available for runners aged 22 and under.
Registration and packet pick-up will occur on November 26th at the Mt Trashmore YMCA.
