Tom LaMonica Memorial 5K Trail Run

The Tom LaMonica Memorial 5K Trail Run is a memorial event celebrating its 43rd year. It includes a 5K trail run, a 1-mile walk, 5K and 1-mile team challenges, an "In Spirit" donation option, and a Kids Dash. The event takes place at the Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center and includes a post-race festival with food and music.

Date: Saturday, August 23, 2025

Time: Race day registration and Packet Pick Up: 3:30 p.m. Races begin: 5:30 p.m.

Registration:

• Early Bird Registration (Individual): $35 through August 1, 2025
• Registration (individual): $40 starting on August 2, 2025
• Race Day Registration (Individual): $50
• Team: $30 (per runner)
• In Spirit: $35

Awards: Top three male and female overall. Top three male and female in each age group: 15 & Under, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Team with the most entrants.

Course: The 5K trail course is challenging but beautiful, winding through woods, trails, fields, and ponds. The 1-mile walk follows trails and fields.

Event Guidelines: No baby joggers, strollers, roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, pets, or headphones allowed on the course. Race numbers must be worn visibly on the front.
