Tortoise and the Hare Trail Races

Join us in celebrating Easter Weekend at the Tortoise and the Hare 5K & 10K and Color Run! The event is a fundraiser for the Salisbury Parks and Recreation.

Event Details

• Date: Saturday, April 19, 2025
• Start Time: 10:00 AM for all races
• Location: 8 Lions Way, Salisbury MA, US 01952
• Packet Pickup: Early pickup on Friday at Salisbury Senior Center (43 Lafayette Rd) from 11 AM to 2 PM.
• Race Day Registration: Opens at 8:30 AM at Lions Park under the pavilion!

Courses and Pricing

10K: 6.2 Miles - $25 through 1/31, $30 through 3/31, $35 through 4/18, $40 on Race Day

5K: 3.1 Miles - $25 through 1/31, $30 through 3/31, $35 through 4/18, $40 on Race Day

1 Mile COLOR RUN (NOT TIMED): 1 Mile - $25, $30 on Race Day (includes t-shirt)

Awards

Top 3 Overall Male and Female in the 5K and 10K, age group awards as well.

Post Race

Enjoy a variety of packaged snacks and fruit, with music and entertainment provided. Those 21+ can grab 1 FREE beer with their race bib ticket!

Weather Policy

The race will occur rain, snow, or shine unless conditions are deemed dangerous.
