Welcome to the Tough Frog: Last Man Standing Race / RUCK—a brutal, no-excuses showdown where limits are tested, lungs are scorched, and only the toughest will see the finish. Strap on your 30# ruck or hit the trail in the running division. Either way, it’s you versus the clock… and yourself. You’ll have 20 minutes to complete each 1-mile loop. Sounds simple—until it’s not. Miss the cut? Fail to show at the start line when the 3 warning sounds go off? You’re done. And when you finally break—because most will—you’ll turn in your helmet and ring the bell to mark your defeat. No shame in quitting. Just don’t pretend it didn’t beat you.
