Tower Grove Park Frosted 5K

Celebrate the season and support a St. Louis Treasure! Hosted by Tower Grove Park, the 9th Annual Frosted 5K raises essential funds to keep the Park a vibrant, beautiful urban oasis all year long.

Participants of all ages can enjoy a scenic 5K race or 1-mile fun run, followed by a festive celebration at the Frosted Holiday Market and Pop-Up Bar. All participants will receive exclusive Frosted 5K merchandise with their registration (must register by November 16 to guarantee merchandise). Participants age 21 or older will receive a complimentary post-race beer.

• Timed 5K Run (Member Pricing): $35.00 (Sep 1 - Dec 14)
• Untimed 1-mile fun run/walk (Member Pricing): $15.00 (Sep 1 - Dec 14)
• Timed 5K Run (Standard Pricing): $35.00 (Sep 1 – Nov 16), $45.00 (Nov 17 – Dec 14)
• Untimed 1-mile fun run/walk (Standard Pricing): $15.00 (Sep 1 – Nov 16), $20.00 (Nov 17 – Dec 14)

Packet Pickup Info

Friday, December 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tower Grove Park Office (4257 Northeast Drive, 63110). Race-day pickup will also be available at the Old Carriage Shelter beginning at 9:30 a.m.

Awards

Medals for top three male and female finishers in the 5K, and best costume. Participation prize for 1-mile fun run participants.
