- Relay Format: Classic Distance Medley Relay (DMR)
- Leg Distances: 1200m, 400m, 800m, and 1600m (totaling 4000 meters)
Post-Race Celebration
Head to The Trackhouse after the race for a festive after-party with pizza and holiday-themed drinks!
Team Competition
Prize-Eligible Teams: To compete for awards, teams must consist of 2 women and 2 men. Women will run the 1200m and 800m legs, while men will run the 400m and 1600m legs.
Open to All Teams: All team combinations are welcome, including all-male, all-female, and other mixed teams. However, only teams with 2 men and 2 women will be eligible for prizes.
