Lace up and join us for the Heart & Sole 5K, a fun and meaningful run/walk benefiting the American Heart Association. This community event starts from the heart in Tradition and brings people of all ages and fitness levels together to support heart health, honor loved ones, and promote active living.
All participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher medal and chip timing with live results and an individual results page complete with a finisher certificate and a 20 second clip of you crossing the start/finish line.
