If you've ever wanted to explore trail running or you're already a seasoned trail runner, please join us for Trail 101, a celebration of the dirt(ier) side of running!

Trail 101 includes a fun Trail Talk, a curated trail run (short/long option), post run snacks/beverages from Sports Basement, EPIC raffle prizes (including free race entries), and much more!

The Trail 101 Timeline:

• 9:00-9:45 - Trail Talk with Runners of the Bay!
• 9:45-10:00 - Test Drive Trail Kicks & Warmup.
• 10:00-11:00 (approx) - Tackle the Trails! Short (3-4ish miles) or long (6-7ish miles) trail run in the Presidio.
• 11:00-12:00 (approx) - PARTY! Mix/mingle, refuel, sample products, and win raffle prizes.
