Race Format:
The Trail Prom features:
- Elimination-style tournament format
- 2-person teams or solo runners paired into mixed-gender teams
- Beautiful CNY trails
- Post-race cookout and music
Course Breakdown:
Round 1 = 4-mile course (x2 for Senior Prom, x1 for Junior Prom)
Round 2 = 3-mile course (x2 for Senior Prom, x1 for Junior Prom)
Round 3 = reverse 3-mile course (x2 for Senior Prom, x1 for Junior Prom)
Teams with the lowest combined times advance to the next round!
Awards:
Awards for the top 3 teams in each distance, with special prizes for the first-place teams.
Registration Fees:
- Senior Prom - $39.54 (increases to $55.47 after Dec 01)
- Junior Prom - $28.91 (increases to $44.85 after Nov 30)
Refund & Deferral Policy:
No refunds. Deferrals allowed in case of pregnancy, injury, or volunteering opportunities.
