Join Coach Jay Steinberg for weekly training sessions to prepare for the EPRD Trail Race Series. Each runner will receive a 4 week training plan. Topics covered include:
- Trail running skills
- Strength & conditioning
- Flexibility & mobility
- Trail safety
- Nutrition
- Gear
- Environment awareness
There will be four sessions, each leading up to one of the EPRD Trail Races.
