Location: Meadow Creek Park, 19195 Clarkrange Hwy, Monterey, TN 38574
This annual event includes a Trail Run and the Putnam Plunge.
Events:
- TRAPP 2026 (Trail Run and Putnam Plunge): Recreational 5K Run. Start Time: 11:00 a.m. CST. Runners can plunge after the run or at 12:00 noon CST.
- Putnam Plunge Only: Starts at 12:00 noon CST (Age 13 and up only).
Included: Chili, hot cocoa, coffee, cookies & post race/plunge beanie.
Notes: Lake bottom is natural, water shoes recommended. Outdoor changing station and heaters available onsite. EMS will be onsite.
