Tri like a Seawolf Classic "Individual"

Event Overview

Founded by the UAA Triathlon Club, the Tri like a Seawolf Classic "Individual" is designed for thrill-seekers ready to try their hand at triathlons. This event is free for UAA students and open to the public, encouraging participation in a fun and competitive atmosphere.

Course Details

• 400 yard swim
• 8.0 mile indoor bike (indoor bikes provided)
• 5k outdoor run

Expectations

Participants should be comfortable in swim, bike, and run gear. Changing facilities will be available, but it's suggested to wear suitable attire for all three events. Bring along your running shoes!

Requirements

To participate, you must be 18 years or older. No previous triathlon experience is necessary, but you should be able to swim 500 yards, bike 8 miles in under an hour, and run or walk 3.1 miles.

Pricing

• Free for UAA students (valid Student ID required)
• $35 for the public
• $50 for a Team of 3

Additional Information

Registration deadline is March 31st. Bib number and wave group will be assigned during bib pickup. Note: Headphones are not allowed during the race.
