This 6-week programme is designed for all ability levels and kicks off on May 20th, 2025. Sessions will be held at the Whiterock Leisure Centre every week.
When and Where
The group will meet at Whiterock Leisure Centre from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
The programme culminates in a mini-triathlon on June 24th, 2025.
What to Expect
The sessions include:
- Cycling on spin bikes
- Running
- Swimming in a pool
Coached by Triathlon Ireland coaches, this programme focuses on having fun rather than completing specific distances or times.
