True Health Be Healthy 5K & Kids' Run Presented by AdventHealth
This event takes place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Orlando Sanford International Airport in Sanford, FL. It includes the following races:
- Be Healthy 5K & Kids' Run: $35, 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM EDT. Registration opens July 1, 2025.
- 5K Virtual Run: $45. Registration opens July 1, 2025.
- Kid's Fun Run - FREE: $0, 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM EDT. Open to ages 12 and under. Registration opens September 15, 2025.
All participants receive a race medal and t-shirt. One company/group with 15+ participants wins an award and $250. Proceeds benefit Central Floridians' access to healthcare.
