Derwent Runners Weekly Club Run

Join Derwent Runners for their weekly club run, offering both four and six-mile routes starting from Derby Rugby Club.

Six Mile Groups (approx 9.6 km)

• 10 - 11 min/mile pace (32 Min Parkrun) - 6:55 pm start.
• 8½ - 9½ min/mile pace (27 Min Parkrun) - 7:00 pm start.
• 7 ½ - 8 min/mile pace (24 min Parkrun) - 7:05 pm start.

Four Mile Groups (6.4 km)

• 12 - 13 min/mile pace (39 Min Parkrun) - 6:50 pm start.
• 10 - 11 min/mile pace (32 Min Prkrun) - 6:55 pm start.

The pace times shown are approximate; runners muster on route to allow for a range of speeds. Start times are staggered to avoid congestion.
