This marathon is part of a mission to cover exciting marathon venues "off the beaten track" in Africa, focusing on keen and adventurous runners. This event is one of three in the series, including Mauritania and Sierra Leone.
Registration Fee: $30.00 (Early Bird)
Early Bird Registration: Ends February 5, 2026, or when 15 runners are reached per event.
Course Details: Generally flat terrain with multi-laps. Cut-off time is 9:00 after start.
Important Notes:
- Visas may be required; participants are responsible for obtaining them.
- Races are held without official permission, insurance, or medical services. Participants run at their own risk.
- Self-supporting race: participants must bring their own drinks and nutrition.
- Limited to 15 runners per race on a first-come, first-served basis.
