TurCreek Trot 5K

Join us for the first annual TurCreek Trot! Cherry Creek XC is excited to host runners and walkers of all levels for this Thanksgiving morning 5K. We will have a staggered start for runners, walkers, and strollers. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join as well. Proceeds will benefit the Cherry Creek XC team. We are also asking participants to bring a non-perishable food item or unopened personal hygiene product to support the Cherry Creek School District's November donation drive.

Registration:
Register by November 16 to receive a t-shirt! Registration includes one coffee or hot chocolate from Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck. Children being pushed in strollers do not need to be registered, but any other kids walking/running the course will need to register to get a bib. Costumes are encouraged!

Race Day At-a-Glance:
Donation Drive: We're collecting donations to support school resource pantries throughout Cherry Creek School District. Please bring individually packaged snacks, toiletries, and shelf-stable items to the race.
Race Day Registration: We'll accept race day registrations until 8:15 AM for $25/person (t-shirt not included).
Parking: Parking is available at Village Greens Park or across the street at the East building of Cherry Creek High School.
TurCreek Trot T-Shirts: We'll have a few extras on hand for $5 (first come, first served).
CCXC Gear: Pick up a CCXC t-shirt for $10!
Free Hot Chocolate/Coffee: Travelin' Tom's Coffee Truck will be on-site! Show them your bib to pick up a free hot chocolate or coffee after the race. Lattes and other beverages are available for purchase.
Bathrooms: Village Greens park has two permanent bathrooms available on race day.
Post-Race Snacks: We'll have complimentary bagels on hand when you finish the race.
Packet Pick-Up: To avoid long lines on race day, pick up your packet early on Wednesday, November 27, from 2-4 PM at Village Greens Park (9501 E. Union Ave., Greenwood Village, CO 80111). If you're not able to come early, packet pick-up begins at 7:45 AM on Thursday, November 28.
Awards: The top male or non-binary runner and the top female runner each receive a $100 gift card to Fleet Feet. The top runners in all other age groups will receive a water bottle.
