About the Event

The Tuscobia Winter Ultra is a unique endurance event held on the Tuscobia State Trail in Northern Wisconsin during the winter months. Participants can choose between two race distances: 160 miles or 80 miles, making it a perfect challenge for both seasoned athletes and newcomers.

Event Details

The 160-mile race is a qualifying event for the prestigious Iditarod Trail Invitational (ITI). This event not only tests your physical limits but also offers a chance to win a paid entry to the 160-mile race for the winner.

Registration Information

Registration opens on August 1st and closes on August 14th. Successful applicants will be notified on or after August 16th. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, with fees set at $150 for the 80-mile race and $200 for the 160-mile race.

Qualifications

To enter the 160-mile race, applicants must have previously completed specific endurance events. This ensures that all participants are adequately prepared for the challenges ahead.
