Ugly Sweater 5K - Canajoharie
This 5K run/walk takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Canajoharie, NY. The event is part of Elves Day Out Canajoharie and is sponsored by Montgomery County Tourism and the Canajoharie-Palatine Bridge Chamber of Commerce. Prizes will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age group. Walkers are welcome, but must finish within one hour.

Time: 10:00AM - 11:30AM EST
Registration: Pre-registration is $25.00, day-of registration is $30.00 (opens at 8:45 AM). Registration opens October 1, 2025.
Details: The race will be held on the Erie Canal bike trail. The start/finish area is the parking lot for Lee's Shops at Wagner Square on Mohawk Street. Proceeds benefit the Community Youth Center of Canajoharie. Post-race festivities include craft vendors, food, kids' activities, and a visit from Santa.
