Description: The UMC Better Health 5K Run, 1 Mile Walk includes the following events: 5K, 1 Mile Family Walk / Run, and Kids dash. Long sleeve tech t to the first 500 to register. Proceeds to benefit breast cancer awareness and the Sobreviviendo el Cáncer fund. 5k Competitive Run Trophies to top three male and female finishers in the 5k. Age group awards in the following age categories: 9-under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over. Largest team trophy.

1 Mile Family Walk / Run: $20 (before 9/25), $25 (9/26)
