About the Event
United Way of Fairfield County Annual 5K Run and 2 Mile Fun Walk
The United Way 5K and 2 Mile Fun Walk has been a community favorite since 1997. This event brings several hundred participants annually to the Fairfield County Fairgrounds in Lancaster.

- 5K Run/Walk - CIVILIAN: $35.00 - $45.00, 8:30 AM EST
- 2 Mile Fun Walk - CIVILIAN: $35.00 - $45.00, 8:30 AM EST
- 5K Run/Walk - MILITARY/VETERAN: $15.00 - $45.00, 8:30 AM EST
- 2 Mile Fun Walk - MILITARY/VETERAN: $15.00 - $45.00, 8:30 AM EST
Registration Opens: August 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EDT
The 5K and 2-Mile events both start at 8:30 AM. It's a closed 5K course. Cash prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third-place male and female finishers for the 5K. Trophies are awarded to the company with the largest number of participants.
