Calling all Vegan Superheroes! Step into your power, channel your inner superhero, and join us for the Vegan Superhero Retreat 5K Fun Run, a celebration of movement, mindset, and momentum! Hosted during the Vegan Superhero Retreat, this 5K is open to all current clients in the Vegan Superhero Academy whether you're with us in person or participating virtually from across the globe. Walk, run, or jog your way through 3.1 miles (5K) with your team. This is not about perfection, it’s about connection, joy, and showing up as the strongest version of yourself.

🏆 Top 3 Teams will receive special recognition based on the average finish time of their 10 fastest participants (in-person and virtual combined). All results must be logged here by 12:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 31, 2025. Costumes encouraged! Whether it’s a cape, broccoli t-shirt, or your own original superhero look, bring your boldest energy to the run. Share photos of your superhero gear in the community.
