Join us for an exciting 4K (2.5 miles) cross country event designed for middle school athletes. Whether you're a seasoned runner or it's your first race, this meet is a great chance to challenge yourself, cheer on teammates, and have fun in the great outdoors!

Event Details:

• Dates: Wednesdays, September 24, October 15, and October 22, 2025
• Time: 5:15 PM EDT
• Location: Kellam High School cross country course
• Distance: 4 kilometers (approximately 2.5 miles)
• Grades: Open to all 6th–8th grade runners
• Cost: $10 entry

What to Expect:

• A flat, fast course with grass and trails
• Team spirit, friendly competition, and great sportsmanship
• Snacks and water provided at the finish line
• Lots of cheering and encouragement from coaches, parents, and teammates!

What to Bring:

• Running shoes and comfortable athletic wear
• Water bottle
• Positive attitude and team spirit!
