About the Event
Event Details
Join us for the second annual Waves 2 Wine 5K in Gulf Breeze / Pensacola Beach. This is a Point-to-Point Run and Competitive Walk. Starting out at the Gulf Breeze Rec Center, participants will traverse the beautiful neighborhoods of Gulf Breeze, crossing over the Bob Sikes Bridge and finishing at the SandShaker.
There will be free beer/wine and refreshments at the Sandshaker, along with the best post-race party on the Gulf Coast!
The first 200 to register will receive a custom Waves to Wine fully sublimated longsleeve island tech shirt. All runners and walkers will receive a finishers medal.
Awards will be given for age groups in 5-year increments for runners and 10-year increments for walkers.
Packet pick-up will take place at Fleet Feet Pensacola on Friday, March 14, and at Sandshaker/Pensacola Beach on the morning of Saturday, March 15th. All race weekend times and events will be announced during race week.
