• 7:00 a.m. - Onsite Registration and Check-in
• 8:00 a.m. - Mandatory Meeting for ALL athletes
• 8:30 a.m. - Mudskipper SwimRun Welland Start
• 8:30 a.m. - Welland 15K Ultra Swim Start
• 8:45 a.m. - 5K Start
• 9:00 a.m. - 1K and 2.5K Start
