About the Event

Race Info

The Wellness Resolution Run is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, 2026. The event includes a 5K Run and a 10K Run. Late registration begins Saturday, January 10th at 6:30 am with the race starting at 8:00 am.

The racecourse will begin and end at the Glenwood Medical Mall (102 Thomas Rd) parking lot facing McMillan Rd. The 10K race will consist of a double loop of the actual course.

Awards for the 5K and 10K will be given to the top 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female finishers in various age groups (19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+).

Packet pick-up is available on Friday, January 9th from 4-6 pm and Saturday, January 10th in Studio A at The Wellness Center. Participants will receive a swag bag and t-shirt when picking up their race packet. The t-shirt deadline is December 23rd.

A post-race brunch and awards ceremony will be held in Studio A of The Wellness Center.
