About the Event
Wolfson Children's Challenge
Join us on Saturday, January 31st 2026 for the Annual Wolfson Children's Challenge. This year's event will take place at the Winston YMCA. We’ve made some exciting changes to the course to make it more inclusive - only featuring a 5k and a 1-mile.
Mission Moment: A special moment to connect with our mission, as the new route will pass the hospital's front entrance (we hope patients and team members will watch from the windows!).
Team Element Refined: Teams will run together, rather than in separate legs. Each individual's time is considered when calculating the team's overall time to foster more unity, and let's face it, it's more fun to run side-by-side with your friends.
Scenic Route: The 5k will go over the Acosta Bridge, along the St. Johns River, to add both enjoyment and a new "challenge."
