Description: Let your hair down and join us for this fun event recalling the days of peace and love! This new event will be held in Corporate Woods and will feature a groovy finishers medal and participant shirt for all registrants and far out age group and overall awards for the top finishers! This race is part of the Heartland 30K Series that includes the Plaza 10K and Boulevard 10K and offers Series participants a chance to pick up an extra Series medal for completing all three Series races!
10K Run/Walk: $49 (Price increases after July 27, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT)
Start Time: 8:00AM CDT

Awards: Participants will compete for top overall male and female finishers, top male and female masters finishers, and top three male and female finishers in each age group (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, and 80+).

Packet Pickup: The day before the race from 10am to 2pm at The Running Well Store at 200 East 135th Street in Kansas City, MO. Leftovers will be available on race day.

Heartland 30K Series: This race is part of a series of three 10Ks over three consecutive weekends. The other races are the Plaza 10K (September 7th) and the Boulevard 10K (September 21st). Learn more at www.heartland30K.com
