WTF - Wingello Trail Festival 2025

It’s time for a reunion of all trail runners! The team from Elite Energy Events and the Wingello RFS are reigniting the trail running world with a return to the stunning Wingello State Forest. Situated halfway between Sydney and Canberra, this incredible location was once the crown jewel of the trail running calendar with the Southern Highlands Challenge. Now, it’s back with a two-day festival that will unite runners of all abilities.

With distances ranging from 50 km to 6.4 km, these trails are some of the most inviting and exciting in NSW. Many of the longer events will feature unique loops across varying terrain, all returning to race central after each lap. This setup guarantees an electric atmosphere for athletes and spectators alike!

• 50km Trail Run: $115.00 Early Bird. 50km loop made up of 2 laps. Technical and undulating. Finish cut-off at 12pm for the first lap.
• 25km Trail Run: $85.00 Early Bird. Undulating technical single trail.
• 15km Trail Run: $42.00 Early Bird. Undulating fire trail.
• 6.4km Trail Run: $27.50 Early Bird. Good descent and climb, mostly fire trail.
• 6.4km Dog Dash: $27.50 Early Bird. Run with your dog!
