Event Details and Schedule

With five great and sometimes challenging rides, there is something for everyone. The rides are a 30, 31, 50, 71 or 100 mile scenic ride into parts of Surry, Wilkes, Yadkin and even a touch of Alleghany counties of North Carolina. The ride gets its name for passing several vineyards and wineries in the Yadkin Valley wine region. Then returning to Elkin where showers and a post ride meal are waiting for you, and one of the finest wine festivals is going on at the park next to the return area. The Yadkin Valley Wine Festival. (www.yadkinvalleywinefestival.com). Entree to the ride gets you a free tasting ticket to the festival. All proceeds go to the Elkin Valley Trails Association (www.elkinvalleytrails.org). So bring your bike, a lawn chair or spread and some friends, and join the fun.

Registration fee for all rides is $40.00 per rider if paid on or before May 10, 2026. $50.00 after May 10, 2026.  This ride fee includes the following: Refreshments, T-Shirt, Registration Packet, Complimentary Entrance and Wine Tasting Ticket to the Yadkin Valley Wine Festival (Same Day Event - $32.00 Value) T-Shirt not guaranteed if registered after May 10, 2026 Refreshments will be available all day. Post ride lunch will also be provided. All rides start at 8:00am and must be back by 3:00pm. Full Sag support. Showers will be available after the ride.
